Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item Should be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges involved in returns and exchanges. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for customized items, used items or items damaged by the customer. The full amount of the actual shipping charges will be billed for exchanges. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the return and exchange. Items being returned must be in new and unused condition with original tags. A 15% restocking fee will apply on returns only. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If an item arrives damaged or defective, Hurricane Tiger will replace your item upon return of the damaged or defective item. This policy is implemented to discourage anyone from intentionally damaging an item to get free returns. Note: Please remember Ever type of wood has its limitations. If you exert those limitations to the Extreme Maximum, we cannot be responsible for the damaged item. So remember “You bought it, you broke it, it’s yours”…
